Phase one works is now underway at this 300-hectare site providing rail-served, premium quality logistics opportunities close to motorway network. It will offer 8 million square feet of Class A logistics warehousing, creating 8,500 jobs and generating £430m of local economic activity and £900m nationally.
It comprises a DCO-approved strategic freight interchange development, linking major road networks with the West Coast Mainline corridor, and a range of units can be built from 200,000 sq ft to 1.2 million sq ft depending on requirements.
