Details

One of the largest employment sites in Staffordshire, Chatterley Park is being developed by Harworth in partnership with Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council. It forms part of the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone and sits next to the A500 offering rapid access to the M6 at Junction 16 and the A50 for east to west links.

Following a substantial earthworks and site servicing programme, development plots will be available from Spring 2025 ranging from 25,000 to 518,000 square feet. The site is unique in offering unrestricted building heights across its full extent, making it suitable for a wide range of end uses. With a target of BREEAM Excellent certification and Energy Efficiency A rating, the site will maximise opportunities for Net Zero Carbon in operation.
