Situated to the south east of Burton upon Trent, Branston Locks is a 400-acre development in partnership with Nurton Developments which will deliver up to 2,500 homes, up to 1 million square feet of employment and commercial floor space and a new district centre alongside improved green and blue infrastructure.

Access to the site will be further enhanced in 2025 following the completion of improvements to the A38 Branston Interchange. Together with direct provision of new primary and secondary schools, it will make Branston Locks a perfect location for both residents
and businesses.
