I54 South Staffordshire is a 300-acre partnership development between South Staffordshire Council, Staffordshire County Council and City of Wolverhampton Council, already offering world class accommodation for leading international brands and providing further space for advanced manufacturing, technology, training, innovation and other uses.

A newly created link road provides direct access to the motorway network, and the new Western Extension will take its overall size to 121.4 hectares, with around 3,700 jobs expected to be created.
