Tamworth

We Are a historic investment opportunity

A vibrant town with rich heritage, Tamworth has a growing population of over 81,000 people. The borough’s transport links, developing town centre, green spaces, leisure facilities, culture and heritage all help to make it a great place to live, work, study and visit.

Exciting changes are in the pipeline, with significant transformation from multi-million-pound projects such as the Future High Street Fund developments, bringing lasting change and improvements for the future, restoring the town centre to the beating heart of the community.

Tamworth Town Centre

The Gungate Regeneration area on the edge of Tamworth town centre is in its early stages, bringing opportunities for later living, residential and other uses less than 5 minutes’ walk from Tamworth train station. The Marmion House Regeneration Project will offer over 50,000 sq ft. of office space across 8 floors with direct frontage onto three roads, alongside many other regeneration opportunities that will form part of a new Local Plan to 2043.
