Staffordshire Moorlands

We Are the most affordable place to invest

Nestled between two major growth areas – Northern Powerhouse and Midlands Engine – Staffordshire Moorlands has Manchester, Birmingham, Derby and Nottingham all within commuting distance and the city of Stoke-on-Trent on its doorstep.

Located right in the heart of England, the Moorlands benefits from an amazing industrial heritage and world class tourism with the Peak District National Park and Alton Towers for example, making it a great place to live, work, play – and invest.
