West Midlands Interchange (WMI)

This will be the largest rail-served logistics development in the UK, offering 8 million square feet of Class A logistics warehousing, creating 8,500 jobs and generating £430m of local economic activity and £900m nationally.

I54 South Staffordshire

This is a 300-acre development providing world-class accommodation for advanced manufacturing, technology and other uses. Home to internationally recognised companies Jaguar Land Rover and Moog Aerospace, i54 is strategically located, with a £57million link road providing direct access to the motorway network.

Logic 54

This offers 1.7 million square feet of mixed-use space, creating 1,700 jobs. With a planned link road providing easy access to the motorway network, the development will comprise of a range of high specification units for a range of business activities including industrial, storage and distribution.
